Stop Emotional Eating. Emotional eating is a common habit that is common in women instead of men. Its common definition is to find solace in food is called emotional eating. Generally, people eat several times a day and week to getting rid of the bad feeling of emotional disturbance. Eating rapidly and stressful leads people towards weight gain and sometimes it becomes the cause of shame. Emotional eating is common in both sexes but it is very common in women because that is naturally week and has a low capacity as compared to men hence it affects men. Negative and stressed emotions are destructive for human health and it produces a feeling of emptiness and hunger, food is considered a way to get rid of the negativity and for getting temporary wholeness. Basically eating in a stressed condition divert attention from tension and it is considered a feeling of fullness.

Difference Between Physical and Emotional Hunger:

Emotional hunger is not a good habit as it causes many health issues that lead it, victim, to health decay. Emotional hunger should be stopped because it becomes a cause of stress, hormonal change, and weight gaining problems that very threatening for women and affect the productivity of women. No doubt food is the basic need of human beings and they est for their life. There is a great difference between emotional and physical hunger. However physical hunger is a natural requirement of the body that comes slowly generally according to the needs of some while emotional fits of hunger appear suddenly and urges desire to eat whatever they find. While physical hunger needs and desires a variety of food eating and offer a choice to the user for satisfaction but emotional hunger is eaten for the fullness.

How to Stop Emotional Hunger:

Emotional hunger can not be satisfied by eating because it is a psychological issue that leads towards physical health decay because eating abnormally cannot satisfied emotional hunger but also leads towards more health issues. Here are some ways that are helpful to cope with the bad habits of eating excessively.

Stress is the root of many health issues. It is necessary to avoid those things that are irritating to your mind and cause stress. Do not thinks deeply cover the compilation that you are unable to solve. It is a piece of good advice that you should spend your time reading books, go outside and try to spend time with your friends. It is necessary to coast your attention from emotional appetites. However, it may time taking but it is not impossible to avoid this problem.

It is a good habit to have a daily activity because it makes bones strong and relaxed to muscles. yoga is a best practice for getting rid of emotional hunger because yoga is a practice of inhaling and exhaling breathing that is a great source of getting rid of the negativity from the destructive and irritating meditation that perturbs you mentally and control your physical hunger therefore it is a good idea to have some time for exercise and yoga practice. It has proved that daily exercise can give relief from the negative and painful process of mental disturbance.              

Meditation:

Meditation is a spiritual process and it is a great source to get rid of the negative passion. A recent study has proved that mindful meditation is a part of the treatment of eating disorders. It is not difficult to practice, you sit in a quiet and peaceful environment and have a long breath inhale, after some seconds you should exhale your breath that will very helpful to exit negative and perturbed passion into the air. Meditation is a good source of getting an escape from negativity and hunger mistreated behavior.

Write A Food Diary:

It is a useful tip to write a food diary on daily basis. It will be helpful to trigger emotional eating. It can write in the form of notes to write down and after that, you should ponder on it. It will give a good and controllable grippe to your emotional hunger disorder. However, it is a bit complicated to write about your eating menu and about the natural emotions but it is a good way to share your problem with your doctor and he will be to overcome it thoroughly.

Eat Healthy Diet:

The biggest and unreputable negative fact that falls on the body of hunger disorder is harmonious and weight gaining so it is a good replacement if you eat fresh fruits and vegetables instead of processed and fast food. Fresh fruits and fresh vegetables play a vital role in a healthy lifestyle and boost up immunity. In this way, you can overcome negativity. While processed and fast food causes many health issues and diseases that lead to tension and increases weight rapidly so it’s a first is an idea to replace your foods with refreshing foods. It is also an important fact that you should have knowledge about the nature of hunger that either it is true or emotional so that to take necessary nutrition that is used by the body for converting them into fuel and energy.
